A Hose Box looks simple, but poor design shows up only when access is needed in a hurry. We’ve seen boxes that jam, doors that don’t open fully, or sharp edges that damage the hose. That’s why we keep our approach direct for sites across Gandhinagar and nearby areas.
We manufacture and supply hose box units built for easy access and basic protection of fire equipment. Our range includes single door hose box, double door hose box, and hose reel stand with box combinations. These are used in commercial buildings, factories, and public installations where equipment needs to stay covered but quickly reachable.
We keep the structure strong without adding unnecessary weight. A box that bends or warps over time creates alignment issues in the door. So we focus on proper sheet thickness, clean bending, and stable mounting points. The door mechanism is kept simple. No complex fittings that fail after regular use.
Then there’s the internal space. A hose box should allow proper placement of fire hose, branch pipe, and valves without tight fitting. If space is not planned correctly, equipment gets forced inside and damaged over time. We avoid that by keeping dimensions practical.
It’s also worth noting that we provide hose boxes compatible with fire hose reel systems. These can be supplied along with hose pipes, SS shut off nozzles, and ball valves with hose collar for complete setup.
We don’t treat a hose box in Gujarat as a decorative item. Its role is basic but important—protect the equipment and allow fast access. We keep the design aligned with that requirement and maintain steady quality in every supply.
